This month, we are pleased to introduce you to Eric. He is a team lead for our Member and Provider Services departments and he has served Liberty HealthShare since 2019, where he assists our staff to help answer our member’s questions.
This month, we are pleased to introduce you to Quoya. She is a member and provider services care advocate, and she has served at Liberty HealthShare for seven months in her role, where she answers our member's questions about their healthsharing programs.
Liberty HealthShare has created three new sharing programs: Liberty Unite, Liberty Connect and Liberty Essential. These new programs help to steward our collective resources - powerfully serving our members and the future of our sharing community. Please note that if your annual renewal date is November, December of this year, or January, February or March 2022, you will need to make a new program selection before March 25, 2022.

This month, we are pleased to introduce you to Kasey, one of our Prenotification Intake Specialists. Kasey has been serving our community since 2020 by assisting members and providers in creating prenotification requests so our members can receive the medical services they need. Prenotification of medical services is a very important aspect in our member journey, and our dedicated staff, like Kasey, help guide our members through the process.
