24 Consecutive Months of Growth: Why More Americans Are Choosing Liberty HealthShare

Liberty HealthShare has reached an important milestone: 24 consecutive months of year-over-year enrollment growth.

Through August, enrollment in 2026 is nearly 56% higher than during the same period last year and more than double 2024 levels.

Those numbers are encouraging, but just as important is what Liberty HealthShare has done during those 24 months to deliver greater value to its members.

At a time when healthcare costs continue to rise, Liberty HealthShare has remained focused on providing affordable healthsharing options, greater transparency, and a better experience for our members.

Delivering Greater Value

For two consecutive years, Liberty HealthShare has reduced monthly share amounts for members.

In June 2026, sharing contributions for family programs were reduced by an average of 16%. Liberty HealthShare also returned more than $2 million to members, reflecting the sound financial stewardship of the ministry and its members.

We’ve also continued to enhance our sharing programs and increase the value of membership. That includes increasing the amount eligible for sharing for annual wellness visits, doubling sharing for alternative treatments such as chiropractic and acupuncture services, and adding new programs and services for our members, such as Virtual Primary Care.

The goal behind each of these changes is simple: provide members with greater value while helping them manage their healthcare costs.

Making Transparency a Priority

Choosing a healthsharing ministry is an important decision. We believe members and prospective members should have the information they need to understand how their ministry is performing.

That’s why Liberty HealthShare continues to provide information about medical expenses submitted by members; savings achieved through discounts, negotiations, and repricing; and the eligible expenses shared by our community.

In 2025 alone, members submitted nearly 205,000 medical expenses totaling $385.4 million. Liberty HealthShare helped reduce those original charges by more than 67%, saving members $259.3 million. The community shared $87.4 million in eligible medical expenses.

Earning Trust

We’re also proud that the work being done by Liberty HealthShare is reflected in reviews, ratings and recognition from independent organizations.

Liberty HealthShare has a 4.5-star rating on Google, a 4.6-star rating on Trustpilot, and an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. The ministry has also earned a four-star rating from Charity Navigator, a Gold Seal of Transparency from Candid and a “Give with Confidence” designation from MinistryWatch.

Those ratings and recognitions matter because trust must be earned.
