I have been with Liberty HealthShare for about 10 years now. I am so happy with this company, you always get a person very quickly when you call and they are always extremely helpful. Toni helped me today with a problem I’ve been having with billing from a hospital. She stayed on the phone with me for over an hour with the hospital to figure it out. I Highly recommend this company. I have referred many of my friends to them and they are all very happy also.

I have been with Liberty HealthShare for several years. They have never disappointed me in how they take care of me and my family. They are always concerned about our care and they take time to walk with us through the various aspects of hospitalization, even educating us on how the system works. My wife and I have been a members of Liberty HealthShare since 2018. Over the years, we have had many opportunities to interact with customer service to discuss medical bills, but there has been one bill that has been very difficult to resolve. I can't count the number of calls made to get information, but for the last three months, one representative has gone above and beyond to help me understand the situation better so that I can speak to the provider with confidence. Jaleen has the sweetest spirit, and her desire to provide assistance is evident every time I have been blessed to speak with her. The Lord has orchestrated the circumstances that allowed me to speak with her multiple times, and each time she shows her dedication to take great care of me. For that, I am profoundly grateful!

The staff at Liberty HealthShare is exceptional. They are accomplished and professional. My spouse and I have been members since 2017. In that time the organization has improved consistently. Most medical transactions are smooth and worry free. I do find the HST connect somewhat confusing. This is a worthwhile organization and a way to help each other in navigating the complex, expensive and often times confusing medical arena.

I have found Liberty HealthShare to be a good legitimate health share business. I have been reimbursed for health expenses as stated in their policies. When calling customer service a real person answers the phone, they are courteous and answer my questions. I would recommend them.
