Why I Switched

For some, like Rebecca Jacobs, they had to be creative about receiving the healthcare they need because of their careers.

“Being on my husband’s insurance wasn’t going to be an option anymore,” said Jacobs. “I’m a realtor… after my research I ended up choosing to become a member of Liberty HealthShare.”

Others find strength and comfort in the community, supporting and being supported by their fellow members.

“You never feel alone,” said Melissa Searls. “We’re all taking care of one another. It makes me feel good and like I’m caring for other people.”

In an era where healthcare costs seem to be rising across the board, the fact that Liberty HealthShare is adding value and keeping costs steady appeals to those like the Monterrosa family who have experienced significant health events.

“As a family, we wondered how we were going to manage our healthcare expenses,” said Antonio Monterrosa. “It was clear to us that Liberty HealthShare was the most prudent choice. It had the highest per-incident rate and the lowest Annual Unshared Amount. We affectionally call it Jesus Insurance.”

“Whether Evangelical, Mennonite, Catholic, or progressive, there’s something valuable in Pastor Wes Humble’s weekly devotions for all believers,” said David Elliott, a retired missionary.
