Does Liberty HealthShare Offer Sharing for Vision Expenses?

Yes. Liberty HealthShare offers the opportunity for the sharing of eligible vision expenses through Liberty Vision, a sharing program available to members enrolled in one of the ministry’s healthcare cost sharing programs. It's available starting at $7 per month for an individual, and offers the opportunity for sharing routine eye exams, prescription lenses, frames, and contact lenses through a network of more than 100,000 participating vision care providers nationwide.

What is Eligible for Sharing with Liberty Vision?

Liberty Vision works through NVA (National Vision Administrators) and offers the opportunity for sharing the following eligible expenses:

• Routine eye exams — once every 12 months, with a $10 Co-Share
• Prescription lenses — once every 12 months, with a $25 Co-Share
• Contact lenses — fit/follow-up once every 12 months, starting at a $20 Co-Share

Additional Savings Beyond Sharing

After eligible sharing amounts are exhausted, Liberty Vision members retain access to NVA's EYEESSENTIAL® Discount Plan: lenses starting at $35, frames at 35% off retail, and lens options such as UV coating and Transitions starting at $12. Members also have access to discounts at participating LASIK providers and retinal imaging at a member cost of $39.

How to Add Liberty Vision

New members can add Liberty Vision at enrollment. Current members can add it to their membership during their annual membership renewal period via the Membership tab in their ShareBox account or by calling 855-585-4237.

Liberty Vision is available as an add-on to any Liberty HealthShare medical sharing program. Liberty Dental is also available separately for members who'd like the opportunity for the sharing of eligible dental expenses as well.
