Galatians 6:2 instructs Christians to bear one another’s burdens. This belief is a core tenant of Liberty HealthShare’s mission in facilitating the sharing of eligible medical expenses between members.

For 30 years, since 1995, Liberty HealthShare has taken this mission seriously. So seriously, in fact, that, through grants and funding separate and distinct from the voluntary contributions of members, the healthcare sharing ministry has launched charitable initiatives to make a positive impact of their Stark County, Ohio neighbors in need.

Through the Sharing Hearts Fund Liberty HealthShare has joined forces with five local organizations focused on fighting hunger in Stark County.  Hosting a “Day of Sharing” the ministry presented a total $25,000 donation that will provide more than 100,000 meals to families across Stark County.

bout the increased need the pantry is seeing recently.“Families in Stark County need help and these organizations are among those answering the call,” said Dorsey Morrow, Liberty HealthShare chief executive officer. “Liberty HealthShare and our Sharing Hearts Fund want to be a force for good in our community."
